• Cooktop in the kitchen but no oven
• No shooting and hunting
• Please be aware this is a desert environment, there are critters in-and-out once in awhile
• Due to the combination of high winds, loose soil/sand in the desert, the cowboy tub will not be prefilled with water to avoid getting the water dirty. Guests are welcome to fill it themselves. 
Please notify us 24 hours in advance, if additional service is required to fill the cowboy tub on the day of arrival.  (A $60 fee applies).

As described. Fine as a base camp for exploring during the day on a short trip - not really for longer stays,for the same reasons other reviews mentioned. Remote work was only possible because I brought backup Wi-Fi. The bug issues that other reviews mentioned seems to totally be taken care of, I didn’t see any while there for a week so kudos to them. The shower is beautiful and the toilet really needs a P trap or ventilation like others mentioned.

This Airbnb was perfect! It’s so close to the west entrance which makes it super convenient. The instructions were super clear and everything went right as planned! I highly recommend booking this place, no issues whatsoever!
