Neighborhood
Princeton-by-the-Sea is a quiet neighborhood filled with ocean lovers and local shops. Walking distance, you'll find great places for breakfast or lunch like Ketch Joanne or Barbara's Fishtrap, which both have plenty of fresh seafood. For dinner, Mezza Luna is a nice Italian restaurant that is another local favorite. The biggest attraction of the neighborhood, though, is surely the beach and harbor. You'll see sea lions napping on the docks and paddle-boarders on the weekends. This property is about 8 miles away from Ritz-Carlton in Half Moon Bay
Transit
By car, downtown Half Moon Bay is 5-10 minutes, SFO is 25 minutes, and downtown San Francisco is 40 minutes. A car is highly recommended.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies on each platform. NO Refund within 30 days of check-in if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. The deposit will be on hold, reservation will be cancelled. COPS will be called, and Legal Actions will be taken if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture and decorations are NOT allowed. Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Ask for approval if you've visitors, and additional guest fees apply. Exterior security cameras are in place, so please check your guest count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Groups of visitors and party-sized visitors are not allowed. — We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $25 per person, per night.

Ask for approval, if you have visitors, GROUP of visitors, or party size visitors are not allowed. - Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, Ask for approval. - All devices have to be ON at all time, if WiFi disconnected by guests, we will send team member to fix right way, and after hours rate at $150 apply to guests - This is a very quiet neighborhood. The people living here enjoys nature and solitude. Please respect the community: keep outside noise to a minimum at all the time, quiet hour after 10pm. - No smoking in or around the house. - No Events or Parties allowed. - Separate trash for recycling purposes. -We do have coyotes and other animals that lives near mountains, avoid being out late alone. - Parking is limited to 3 cars max. - Please don’t use our towel to remove makeups, or anything would cause stains. - No outside shoes inside of the house, for better comfort, please pack your own indoor shoes. - Please clean your dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling purpose. - Please park on our side of the house, in front of the garage or near the mailbox. We're not responsible for cars being Towed away due to illegal parking in neighbors parking lots - Street Parking is limited, at best impossible, so please carpool "Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Great option for a larger family with dogs! The location was easy to get to the beach. The house was as described - happy to find kids toys available! Beds were comfortable.

We were visiting family over the holidays and Jenya’s place was exactly what we needed as a home base. The location was convenient, walking distance from multiple coffee shops and restaurants. It was in a lovely neighborhood and was a comfortable landing pad for us to decompress.

Great location. Walkable to Princeton by the Sea and Pillar Point Harbor where you will find shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, bars and breweries. 2 blocks to The Press Cafe for delicious breakfast options. Our stay was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
