Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Check the guest count at the time of your reservation. Ask for approval if you have visitors. Group of visitors or parties are not allowed.  
Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.
The quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m.  
No smoking in the house.  
Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them.  Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet.  
Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.

Our stay at Marbella Lane was excellent. Wendy was really helpful and gave all the instructions needed to make the check in and check out as easy as possible. The house was super clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The location was amazing and really close to the offices at Mathilda, some restaurants at Sunnyvale Downtown and other stores like Target. I will definitely stay here again for my next visit.

This was a lovely and comfortable home with more amenities than I could use. It is on a dead end street so there is little foot traffic. It was more than I needed space wise for a reasonable location. It is a completely detached house which is useful for me since I still try to isolate for health protection. The host is very responsive and solicitous. They always answered questions fast. It was conveniently located, a short drive from the major tech campuses and close to the freeway. Checkout was easy and quick.

My daughter and I had a great stay at Wendy’s! Beds were comfy, linens were super clean, house was easy to find and really close to amenities and the Sunnyvale farmer’s market. Thanks so much for a great stay!
