Unfortunately, our experience was heavily impacted by misleading parking info. The listing prominently advertised ‘free parking garage on premises,’ which was a major factor in our decision to book this Airbnb. Upon check-in, we discovered the garage definitely was not free. When we questioned this, both the host & customer service referenced separate fine print stating parking was $40/day, despite the listing highlights still clearly advertising free parking. In reality, parking ended up costing $47/night, adding roughly $329 in unexpected overnight parking expenses over our 7-night stay, & that didn’t include additional parking costs if we needed to briefly park to shower or change before evening plans after the beach. We understand mistakes happen, but this felt misleading given how important parking is in the area. While the host later apologized and said they would review the listing, the situation significantly impacted the value of the stay & future guests should be aware.

Everything was wonderful. They had supplies for us to go to the beach and everything was clean and nice. The location was excellent. We were a bit disappointed when offered to stay an extra day at a reduced rate but it ended up being more expensive than we originally paid per day and were expecting, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
